How will I know when my order has been shipped?
      • Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a unique order and tracking number. This will allow you to track your order and provide you with an estimated arrival date.  Please allow up to 48-72 hours for your order to be processed. We ship Monday-Saturday and all domestic orders are shipped via USPS Once items are shipped from our location and tracking number is provided, we are no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if shipment is damaged or does not end up in buyer’s possession.       I was expecting to receive more pads in a pack, where are the rest?
      • Our pads are super absorbent and are made with high quality materials which assist in shortening and lightning periods.  Because of that, you will not need to use as many pads as your cycle may normally require.

        Do you ship internationally?
        • Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs, and delivery times will vary based on the country. All international orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  Once orders are processed, shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks depending on international carrier. International packages must be able to be signed for to receive. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. We are not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.
